Uncontested divorces are those where there is already an agreement in place because all of the issues surrounding the marriage, including support, parenting time and custody, and equitable distribution have already been decided.
Parties will go to court and they’ll already have a signed agreement in hand.
That agreement will become part of the final judgement.
If one party defaults, the other party has the option to take that party back to court and have the judge enforce that order.
